This worked for me on quest 3 as well. Oculus displays a sort of warning message when it detects it but if you hit "close" instead of restore it lets you continue and the environment works.
Nice to hear it works. What warning msg was it?
It works on Quest 3 but you need to change the last part of the file name (ie Cybercity.apk) to a name according to your installed homes.
I assume it also works on Quest 2 but didn't tested.
